Kia ora, I'm Guy. My work sits at the intersection of design, research, and strategy. I help organisations better understand the people and communities they serve, and work with them to co‑design experiences, services, and strategies that make a positive difference.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with teams across education, health, and local government, supporting projects that aim to make systems more equitable, connected, and human. With a background in anthropology (MA) and design (PhD), my approach draws equally on social research and design practice — making sense of complexity, turning insights into ideas, and finding practical ways forward.
