Grey Matters.

DESIGN RESEARCH / CO-DESIGN FACILITATION / CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT / CONTENT WRITING / USEABILITY TESTING

Grey Matters is an online resource co-designed with older adults and their families to support conversations about ageing, especially around changes to memory and thinking. Users can find information, share stories, and contribute practical tips for managing memory challenges.

I led the design research on this project—recruiting participants, interviewing over 30 older people, family members, and experts. I also facilitated workshops and worked closely with the UX designer to analyse data and turn insights into ideas and solutions.
