Grey Matters.
DESIGN RESEARCH / CO-DESIGN FACILITATION / CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT / CONTENT WRITING / USEABILITY TESTING
Grey Matters is an online resource co-designed with older adults and their whānau to support conversations about ageing, especially around changes to memory and thinking. Users can find information, share stories, and contribute practical tips for managing memory challenges.
I led the design and user research—recruiting participants, interviewing 30 older people and whānau, and analysing data. I also facilitated workshops and worked closely with the UX designer to turn insights into ideas and solutions.
